My sister's boyfriend is visiting from Indiana. She wanted to throw him a surprise birthday party, but had no idea what to do about a theme on a slim Christmas-time budget. I figured that doing black & white damask with red and green accents would work well since the "venue" (my mom's house) would already be decorated for Christmas. I thought this was cost-effective and since it was planned in just a couple weeks, this was what would work best for the two of us.
All of the party decor was made by Whimsy & Wise (aka. me!) and my sister, Janice, made all the goodies.
