Baby Shower: Sweet Baby Madelyn

I was lucky enough to be asked to help decorate for a baby shower honoring a friend.  There was no real theme, but because the invitations said "Sweet Baby" and we also knew there'd be a candy buffet as favors, we went with the obvious; Sweet Baby Madelyn.  We also knew that it would be an ALL PINK shower, since this is Jennifer's first baby girl (she already has a son named, Jack).  I had so much fun looking for all things pink.  I hope Jennifer liked everything as much as I enjoyed making it!

Although these arrived late I decided to post these any way.  They were meant to be for the candy bags to be sealed.  I had them custom printed.  Jennifer can use these for her Thank You cards and announcements now.

Katie made this delicious Check Mix!  It has such a hit!  Everyone wanted the recipe!  She claims it's easy.  I will have to try it to find out if that's the case.

The drink table.  That glass jug had some delicious punch that had Sprite and sherbet ice cream in it.  It was pretty amazing!

Spooky Halloween Party

I know I'm a few weeks late, but I still wanted to post the small details I did for my parents' Halloween party.  It was a little last minute, but we were able to throw together a few decorations.  I turned to paper & cake for the printable items.  Hope you like them!

A Festive Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and now that I am so into all things crafty, pretty and just plain festive I thought this HGTV idea (freebie) would be nice.  They have placecards(just like the one below) that we can print for FREE!

There are various designs and all you have to do is use a nice gold marker (or any color, really) and fill in your guests' names.

They also have samples of beautiful Thanksgiving tablescapes that can be done for your Thanksgiving feasts!  Spray painted gourds and bright white pumpkins look so nice in this particular tablescape.  Love it!
