Come one, Come all, to Jaylynn's Carnival Extravaganza!!!

I've been helping my best friend Kelley plan her daughter's 1st birthday since last fall and this Saturday was finally the big day!  Jaylynn turned ONE and what a great day she had!

Kelley had gone to the L.A. County Fair, and was so inspired by it that she decided it would be the perfect theme for Jaylynn's 1st birthday.  Immediately, I started sending her ideas after ideas.  We sort of ran with it and below is what came of it.  Kelley's friend, Zaali, was also very involved in the planning and together the 3 of us did a fabulous job (if I do say so myself.)

Happy Birthday Jaylynn!  You won't remember it, but we sure will!

Pennants and a month by month banner greeted the guests.

I made the banner, favor tags, pennants, cupcake toppers, etc.  They were a smart purchase courtesy of dimpleprints on etsy!

High Chair bunting {made by me...and dimpleprints} and the beautiful cake!

    1. I would love to know that as well. I want to make them!

  6. Love the centerpieces. Are the gumsballs glued to something?

  7. I am trying to re-create this centerpiece for my daughter's 2nd birthday party - can you tell me what you used to make this work so magnificently??? Please! :)

    1. Hi Jessica! There are rocks inside the Popcorn holder. Filled about half way. Then there's a styrofoam block glued in, and cut in a triangular shape on the top. The gum balls are hot glued on the top and the lollipops were stuck in there at the end. Hope this helps!

  8. LOVE Everything about this party! Outstanding!

  9. where did you find the place settings that held the napkins and utensils?

  10. love it! btw what did you use to hold the cotton candy bags?

  11. Hello I love your center piece, I want to try and recreate it for my sons birthday party can you tell me if you colored the Styrofoam. It looks yellow. Thanks
