Jennifer asked for my help styling the "Concession Stand." She bought the majority of her props and decor at Hobby Lobby (can you believe I have yet to ever walk in to one of those?!), she got some of the concessions items at Smart & Final and we tried to get inexpensive items to decorate the table itself. She also borrowed my galvanized buckets that I used at my son's Cowboy Party, and she used them for peanuts at the center of the tables. Kids were able to take home Big League Chew, Cracker Jacks, cotton candy, while enjoying little Cokes during the party. The best part of this event was that guests were asked to get in on the fun. We were all asked to wear our favorite team's colors or jerseys. Naturally, I brought my Angels gear!
I had a great time styling the Concession Stand. I loved the fact that Jennifer, her parents and brother were so involved in planning the event. It made the party even that more special!
So, what do you think? Did we strike out or hit a home run?!
